Don't miss our "21 Must-Have Essentials for Summer Travel" for 2017.

Before you head out to the Black Friday sales, don’t forget to enter for your chance to win a vintage Cathay First amenity kit from the Ipa-Nema era.

Find out how to enter here and see a photo of the kit I’m giving away this week.  I’ll be taking submissions via the comments on that post through noon CT today and I will select my random winner tomorrow and post the results here!  I’ve appreciated seeing everyone’s travel gratitude so far – and shared my own yesterday.

Where I am right now (off the coast of Indonesia, presently sailing from Semarang to Surabaya), it’s 7:30 pm on Friday evening and I’m about to head to the Chef’s Dinner on Seabourn Odyssey.  I’m looking forward to a gorgeous dinner from the fabulous Food and Beverage team on board.

Check back later today for the first of several destination reports – I’ll be reviewing the Manohara Resort Center for Buddhist Study which is located on the grounds of UNESCO World Heritage Site Borobudur.

I’m also working on Seabourn and Cathay Pacific content that will appear over the next couple of weeks.  You can bookmark my Indonesia page to see all of these as they are updated.  And don’t forget to follow me on Instagram to see my daily photos.
