I’ve been on the road – or rather out to sea for most of this week as I continue my Indonesian adventure. As such, my normal digital media consumption is way down (shipboard wifi = not free or inexpensive!) but I’ve still managed to skim the headlines around Prior2Boarding.
There were some interesting finds around P2B that you might have missed while celebrating Thanksgiving or partaking in Black Friday shopping or traveling for the holiday weekend.
A few things have caught my eye for reading pleasure early each morning as I’ve sat in Seabourn Square (the lively “hub” of the ship) drinking my soy hot chocolate and watching our port sail ins… perhaps you too will like what I found!
The Reward Boss went on a food tour in Hanoi. I have to say… I love food tours. And I also love trying new things. But this one would test the boundaries of my own sense of adventure. Wow!!!
Travel With Grant visited the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. I love presidential libraries and this one is on my list as Reagan is the first president for whom I can remember his entire presidency from start to finish. I now need to visit Simi Valley even more with the knowledge there are aviation geek delights to be found!
Points With a Crew shared an interesting migration map. I love data and infographics and this was very telling about my home state of Texas (where I was not born!)
TravelBlawg listed his top fifteen travel gear items. It’s a great list that has me wanting to recheck what I’m packing for my trips.
Muslim Travel Girl has some beautiful travel quote images she has created. If you like posting travel inspiration on Facebook or Pinterest (like I do), you need these!
Don’t forget to keep reading the blogs at Prior2Boarding for a variety of fresh travel content – and I’ll continue to bring you my favorites from around P2B each week!
