This week I have another CX amenity kit to give away.

I recently came across two unopened Cathay Pacific amenity kit bags that I had stashed after a series of first class flights a few years ago.

These are from my favorite era of their women’s kits – the Ipa-Nema bags.  I loved them because they have beautiful embroidered designs and would easily double as a cocktail bag or cosmetic case. They were very well designed and hold up very well with every day use.

I managed to gift several of them to friends and family and want to give this last one away to one of my readers.  Last week I gave away one design.

This week I’m going to give away this bag – it’s a beautiful brown case with pink and green embroidery.  I have used mine as both an eyeglass holder and a pencil case.

You can see the opening here – the original contents are still in there (although these ran 4-6 years ago so I can’t vouch for the current state of the contents, which are from the Australian line Aesop):

So here is how I’m going to give this bag away…

Leave a comment on this entry sharing where you hope to travel in 2015.

I will take comments through Friday 12/5 at noon CT. After that, I will pick a random number and that commenter will win the bag – so everyone who enters has an equal chance to win!

I will do the drawing the next time I have internet access after the contest closes and will mail the bag out the week of December 8 when I return to the US.

Don’t forget to keep checking in for more updates from my current trip that includes Cathay Pacific, Malaysia Airlines, Seabourn Odyssey, and several ports in Indonesia. You can find my entries for this trip on this page.

  1. I have a month’s worth of hotel reservations for Egypt in February… I just haven’t figured out how to get there yet. 😛

  2. I’d really like to make it to Cape Town with my parents. Yes, it’s far away–but it would be a wonderful place for my dad to go! He has a bad back from years of working and we’re afraid he won’t be able to do long-haul flights soon.

  3. I’m headed to Ambergis Keyes, Belize in Feburary. It’s my favorite spot on earth.
